Meetings Time
Regular Meetings of the Morgan City Harbor and Terminal District are held on the third Monday of the month at 12:00 noon. The Board may request special meetings or a change in regular meeting dates as necessary.
Meeting Minutes
Minutes are the official public record of the Morgan City Harbor & Terminal District. They provide a detailed summary of actions taken by the board at regular and special board meetings. Minutes are also posted in the Port’s Official Journal, Morgan City Daily Review, as well as on the State of LA Boards and Commission and LA State Library websites.
Meeting minutes are not posted for the public until they are approved by the board. Approval routinely occurs at the board meeting of the following month.

Agendas for upcoming meeting will be posted once the Agenda is released to the public which is generally the Friday before regularly scheduled meetings.
